*Article 50-2 of the Information and Communication Network Act (Prohibits unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses, etc.)

Nobody shall collect e-mail addresses by using a program or other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses on the Internet homepage where the intention of refusing to collect e-mail addresses is specified.

Nobody shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of Paragraph (1).

Nobody shall know that this is an e-mail address for which collection, sale and distribution are prohibited under the provisions of Paragraphs (1) and (2), and use it for information transmission.

Article 65 (2)

(Penalty) Anyone who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be fined KRW 10 million or less.

Article 50 (4)

A person who has taken technical measures in violation of the above paragraph.

Article 50 (6)

A person who has transmitted commercial information for commercial purposes in violation of the above paragraph.

Article 50 (2)

A person who has used e-mail addresses for collection, sales, distribution, or information transmission in violation of the above paragraph.

The information automatically collected and stored as above will be used for statistical analysis to improve and supplement the website, and for smooth communication between users and the website in order to provide better services to users. However, it should be noted that there may be cases where such information is required to be submitted according to the provisions of the law.
